This year, our on-site event at Saarbrücken Castle focuses on “Artificial Sales – How future technologies will transform digital B2B sales.” We closely examine how intelligent algorithms, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Augmented Reality (AR), and other groundbreaking technologies optimize the entire sales process and elevate customer interactions to an entirely new level.

On January 23, 2024, the DIGITAL COMMERCE SUMMIT automotive & industry promises not only stimulating discussions, but also instructive showcases of practical application examples. This year, we have deliberately reduced the number of presentations and are focusing more on World Café sessions. In this way, we create space for more intensive dialogues and the active exchange of experiences between the participants.
