Established business processes, such as B2B sales, are rapidly evolving in the digital age. While digitization is not new, the largely analog industry has recently experienced a significant digital transformation, presenting challenges and real opportunities. In conversations with our guests, we discussed hurdles and new potentials, with a special focus on variant configuration and e-commerce.
